Thai central bank consumption index flat in Nov month-on-month
[BANGKOK] Thailand posted a current account surplus of US$1.66 billion in November, compared with October's US$2.63 billion surplus, the central bank said on Tuesday.
The Bank of Thailand's index for private consumption in November was unchanged from the previous month, while its index for investment was up 1.4 per cent.
The central bank also said exports in November fell 1.8 per cent from a year earlier, compared with a 4.1 per cent gain the month earlier.
