Thailand 'committed to return of democracy'
Addressing Shangri-La Dialogue, Thai PM also says reforms can take place once peace and order are restored

THAILAND is committed to returning to democracy in accordance with the roadmap that has been planned to achieve this goal, said the country's Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha in a major speech in Singapore on Friday night.
"If we can bring peace and order back to our society, reforms can then take place," said the 62-year-old former army chief at the opening dinner of the Shangri-La Dialogue.
