COMPANIES in Singapore should venture beyond local shores in order to remain relevant amid shifting economic landscapes, said panellists at the PwC Singapore Budget Seminar 2015 on Wednesday.
The internationalisation of businesses proved to be a focal point of Budget 2015, evident from how measures such as tax allowances on mergers and acquisitions, double tax deductions on internationalisation, and an International Growth Scheme have been rolled out to encourage local enterprises to expand abroad.
