TOKYO has overtaken Paris in its ranking among the world's most "liveable" cities and now occupies third position behind London and New York, while Singapore retains fifth place in this regard, according to a survey published on Tuesday by one of Japan's leading property management firms.
The annual survey by the Mori Memorial Foundation Institute for Urban Strategies evaluates and ranks 42 major cities according to their "magnetism or perceived overall power to attract creative individuals and enterprises from around the world".
