Touch 'n Go cards and their stored value remain valid for 10 years
Kuala Lumpur
WITH the Singapore-Malaysia land crossings at the Causeway and Second Link shut indefinitely since March last year due to the pandemic, thousands of Singaporean motorists are holding on to their Touch 'n Go smart cards but are unable to make use of the stored value in them.
The cards are used mainly to pay fees on Malaysia's side of the immigration checkpoints, and toll fares along the country's highway. The cards can also be used to pay for car park charges at places like shopping malls.
