US-CHINA trade relations headed south in May and early June and the two economies have imposed additional tariffs on each other, though they appear to have patched things up slightly at the end of June in Osaka.
With the earlier tariffs already in force, T. Rowe Price portfolio specialist Julian Cook said he thinks the effect of these measures could see US economic growth slowing by 0.2 per cent in the second and third quarters.
