TREK 2000 International's founder Henn Tan was fined S$80,000 on Monday for neglecting to get the firm to disclose interested person transactions. But that was not the end of his legal woes as he has nine other charges outstanding.

Tan, 63, pleaded guilty to two offences committed when he was chairman and chief executive officer (CEO) of the mainboard-listed Trek 2000 and neglected to ensure the technology firm made immediate announcements required on a total of 24 interested person transactions in 2010 and 2013.
