Trump says US-China talks 'going well'

US PRESIDENT Donald Trump hailed progress on Wednesday in US-Chinese trade talks, and touted a future meeting with China's leader Xi Jinping to finalise a deal where "NOTHING" will be unresolved.

"Meetings are going well with good intent and spirit on both sides. China does not want an increase in Tariffs and feels they will do much better if they make a deal. They are correct," Mr Trump said in a tweet ahead of a second day of White House meetings.
