BRITISH businesses and their multinational counterparts will face a crucial decision regarding Brexit next month, when the UK's Supreme Court will decide on whether Parliament will rule on how Britain will leave the European Union (EU).

The key is whether the UK will remain in the single market and allay multinational businesses' concerns that their businesses or subsidiaries based in Britain will continue to have tariff-free access to the huge European common market for trade and financial services.
