[LONDON] The US dollar rebounded across the board on Thursday, reserving some of its strongest gains against the euro, helped partly by a bounce in US Treasury yields but also ahead of the release of minutes from the ECB's latest policy meeting.
Against the euro, the dollar jumped 0.6 per cent, on track for its biggest daily rise in two weeks.
The European Central Bank releases meeting minutes at 1230 London time and the sharp retreat in euro/dollar came in advance of that report.
In early afternoon trades, the dollar was up 0.4 per cent against a broad basket of currencies.
