    VIETNAMESE President Tran Dai Quang arrived on Sunday in Singapore for a three-day state visit that not only will strengthen bilateral relations, but will also explore deeper business ties.

    He is accompanied by his wife Nguyen Thi Hien and a high-level delegation.
