The Global Vote enables expression of one's 'responsibility to humanity'

    A platform that gives people a chance to vote in the elections and referenda of other countries was launched in London on Monday.

    The controversial initiative, called The Global Vote (www.globalvote.org), is an online platform that paves the way for anyone to submit his or her vote in foreign elections or global issues.
