I have received WhatsApp messages that with the removal of the cholesterol limit in the latest Dietary Guidelines Advisory Committee scientific report in 2015, it is not necessary to restrict the cholesterol in your diet. While it sounded like great news for foodies out there, I hate to dampen their short-lived joy.
