FOR me, 2020 was the year of new beginnings. I mustered enough courage to leave my technology career behind to found not 1, but 2 startups.
My story begins with a tale as old as time; a results-driven Gen X-er solely focused on his corporate career, occasionally at the expense of health. I encountered my first health scare in my late 20s when I suffered chest pains and breathing difficulties.
The diagnosis was not severe but stress-related. Thereafter began the tango between my corporate career and health. I was constantly suffering from heart palpitations, insomnia, and other stress-induced conditions such as eczema.
