HUNDREDS of people packed the arrival hall of Changi Airport Terminal 3 well before dawn on Monday, all angling for a glimpse of Singapore's first Olympic gold medallist Joseph Schooling.
They got much more than that. The 21-year-old swimmer, looking fresh despite a long-haul flight from Brazil, spent well over an hour obliging nearly all of them with every autograph, selfie or handshake they wanted from their sporting hero.
