LAST Saturday, Maybank Singapore staff and corporate donors joined hands to raise S$500,000 for the President's Challenge 2018 at its annual Global Corporate Responsibility (CR) Day at the Marina Barrage.

Held for the ninth time, Maybank's Global CR Day saw Maybank employees volunteer at the event to set up 20 carnival booths to raise funds and promote various social causes.

These built on prior efforts, where Maybank staff had worked with the four social service organisations on 50 community service activities across August and September. This included home improvement and mural painting projects, among others.
