POWER cuts, technical issues and snaking queues marred what would have been a string of solid music performances at the Neon Lights festival last weekend.
Some festival-goers missed headline acts like British electronic-soul group Honne on Saturday evening, after "technological difficulties" led to a roughly two-hour wait for some to enter the venue at Fort Canning Green.
Then on Sunday, problems with the sound system surfaced, fuelling fans' frustration.
