WHAT started out as a casual collection for the underprivileged back in 1972 has grown into a million-dollar project.
As the Singapore Island Country Club (SICC) prepares itself for the 46th May Day Charity in just over a fortnight's time, it is leaving no stone unturned to ensure that the event's theme, The Joy Of Giving, has a strong and fruitful meaning.
