Sporting GOH joins SGX charity run
THE Singapore Exchange's (SGX) Bull Charge 2015 charity run on Friday raised S$2.9 million with a last-minute, VIP twist. Guest-of-honour Social and Family Development Minister Tan Chuan-Jin joined the 5km Mass Run, with over 6,000 runners, after flagging off the 3km Chief Challenge. He had been invited to flag off both events at The Float@Marina Bay. Funds raised from the 12th edition of the Bull Charge will go to four charities: Asian Women's Welfare Association, Autism Association (Singapore), Fei Yue Community Services, and Shared Services for Charities. A total of 144 corporate sponsors supported the Bull Charge this year.
