Stepping it up for a charity and fitness campaign
Singapore
THE 3M Step-Up Challenge @ South East, a charity and fitness campaign that spanned from May to July, was organised jointly by global science company 3M and the South East Community Development Council (CDC).
This year's theme, Spirit of Volunteerism, aimed to inspire the community to keep fit through a variety of different physical activities while lending a hand to the needy at the same time. For every 30 minutes of exercise undertaken, 3M donated one product to be put in a 3M household pack, with six products making up a whole hamper for a beneficiary.
