More than 100 underprivileged children took a trip back in time to the Ancient Maritime Silk Route in an outing organised by Maybank Singapore in support of The Straits Times School Pocket Money Fund (SPMF). The bank ran a six-month campaign last year which saw the bank pledge $30 for every successful application of the Maybank Education Loan. This resulted in a $20,000 donation to SPMF.
