THE world's top-ranked tennis player, Novak Djokovic, will not be coming to Singapore to play in the Coca-Cola International Premier Tennis League (IPTL) after all.
The league announced on Wednesday, the opening day of the five-nation event, that the 28-year-old had withdrawn from the entire tournament in order to recover from the strains of a long tennis season.
