MORE than 40 UOB clients swapped their corporate attire for chef hats and aprons to participate in a Chinese New Year cook-off on Thursday to raise funds for charity.
They spent the morning at At-Sunrice GlobalChef Academy dishing up their personal specialties based on the theme "Family". Three winning dishes were selected by a judging panel that included UOB deputy chairman and CEO Wee Ee Cheong, UOB head of Group Commercial Banking Eric Tham and celebrity chef Eric Teo.
