UNITED Overseas Bank (UOB) has launched its annual Painting of the Year (POY) competition as part of its ongoing effort to uncover the next generation of talented South-east Asian artists.
This is the local bank's flagship art programme that was established back in 1982. It is Singapore's longest-running and one of the region's most prestigious annual art awards.
