Confectionery chef Janice Wong is homing on the pocket-bar experience with a new 'plant-forward' focus
AFTER a couple of playful collaborations, pocket bar 50FIFTY will be settling down with a new "plant-forward" focus and a fresh name to match.
What has stayed constant is the intimate nature of the space, tucked away in a second-floor corner of InterContinental Singapore Robertson Quay.
"For me, it's about the pocket-bar experience," said confectionery chef Janice Wong, whose other projects include 2am:dessertbar and "bean to bar" chocolate concept Pure Imagination.
