FROM our experience, we’ve noticed that most restaurants want to be found. After all, scientific research shows that a dining occasion is infinitely elevated when there’s a place to eat at. Budget constraints and smart aleck concept mongers may require you to navigate the back alleys of dubious neighbourhoods or decipher passwords to gain access, but it tends to be done out of necessity and with a good dose of creativity to maximise the fun in small spaces. Plus we’re pretty sure that in a pinch, they would lend you an umbrella.
