THERE'S just a fortnight left before we bid 2017 adieu, and sports fans around the world will look back fondly on another action-packed year that has thrown up more than its fair share of memorable moments.
As always, it was a tall order to narrow this list down to just seven events, but these were the ones - in no particular order - that stood out for me over the last 12 months in the always unpredictable world of sports.
