>Christie's Hong Kong Spring Auctions: Christie's annual Hong Kong Spring Auctions are back. The Singapore preview of the event will include 20th-century and contemporary art, paintings as well as jewellery and watches. This year's preview will also include Christie's Art Forum, a new addition for educational events and initiatives, with the goal of encouraging creative thinking and developing interests and discussions on the subjects of art and collecting. Over the course of two days, experts from different backgrounds will offer up expert opinions in their respective fields. The preview's events will include The Convergence of Collecting, a discussion of two different types of watch collecting; and Generations of Southeast Asian Art, a presentation by Christie's specialist for Southeast Asian Art, Wang Zineng, who will highlight key artists and artworks, and provide an overview of the market and more.
