Erdinger Maifest: The Erdinger Maifest is back for its third year, with a more authentic German cultural experience for festival-goers. Welcome the arrival of spring, German style, at Clarke Quay this May with the Maibaum (Maypole), German food and drinks as well as performances by German band Ois Easy. The Maibaum will be the centre of the festival, with dancers prancing around the Maypole for luck. Other traditional festival features include costumed Tavern maids, chilled Erdinger beers and limited-edition brews, Erdinger Urweisse, as well as Erdinger Dunkel hotdogs and Weissbier chicken burgers exclusively created by Mulligan's for Erdinger Maifest.
