My Fair Lady: Take a trip back in time to 1912 London, as the classic musical My Fair Lady by Alan Jay Lemer and Frederick Loewe takes centre stage at the Sands Theatre next week.

This acclaimed musical tells the story of Cockney (working-class Londoner from East End) flower girl Eliza Doolittle, who takes lessons under an arrogant phonetics professor Henry Higgins to transform her accent into a proper English one so she can pass off as a member of the upper class. And stopping in Singapore for less than three weeks is the US National Tour, featuring Aurora Florence as Eliza Doolittle, and Chris Carsten as Henry Higgins.
