Saint Pierre: Champagne house Perrier-Jouët has teamed up with top restaurant Saint Pierre to bring diners a lavish nine-course menu this New Year's Eve. The dinner begins with treats such as a langoustine tartare tataki with foie gras mousse, poached Kumamoto oyster with seared diver Hokkaido scallop, and Japanese coal smoked goose breast. An innovative Perrier-Jouët champagne sorbet has been specially designed to match the ever-enchanting Perrier-Jouët themed restaurant decorations by Dutch designer Tord Boontje, including The Enchanting Tree, an intricate champagne tree. The NYE dinner is a one-night only affair, but The Enchanting Tree is a service ritual that is available from now and throughout 2014.
Dinner starts at 7pm on Dec 31 and costs $188++ for a nine-course dinner, with a glass of Perrier-Jouet Grand Brut and a glass of Perrier-Jouet Blason Rose. Call 6438 0887 or e-mail info@saintpierre.com.sg for enquiries or reservations.
