THEY haven't met each other yet but that's hard to tell from the playful musical chemistry Andrea Bocelli and Karen Mok share on their duet of Cheek to Cheek. Recorded separately and then joined by technology, the latter still regards the experience as "incredible" and "unbelievable".
The Great American Songbook standard can be found on Cinema, Bocelli's first album in two years, which features a collection of movie themes spanning several decades.
Besides Cheek to Cheek - written by Irving Berlin 80 years ago and originally performed by Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers in their film Top Hat - it also includes numbers from Doctor Zhivago, Love Story, The Godfather, Breakfast at Tiffany's, West Side Story, Evita and more.
