Parisian flair
Three renowned choreographers come together in a contemporary ballet presentation by one of the world's most celebrated companies, the Paris Opera Ballet.
Legendary choreographer William Forsythe created the first piece Blake Works I around seven ballads by English musician James Blake. Blake, who was not yet 30 when he wrote these ballads, sings of love, hope and youth - fitting themes for the young generation of Paris Opera dancers.
The second work by Jerome Robbins titled In The Night comprises three beautiful duets, each choreographed to a different Chopin nocturne. They depict contrasting sets of lovers, from the guileless to the reckless, who also represent different phases of love.
