A YEAR ago, businesswoman Silvana Regina Sutanto died in a tragic fire in an Alaskan lodge. The director of five wellness and investment companies in Singapore was a wildlife photography enthusiast who frequently travelled to far-flung locations to capture her subjects.
On the night of the fire, her son Shaun Gozali, daughter Danielle Gozali and daughter-in-law Taeri Kim had managed to escape the blaze and were sent to hospital.
In memory of their mother, her children (including another son Christopher Gozali) have set up the Silvana S Foundation to support less-privileged children as well as animal causes through the sale of her photographic works.
