Audi RS Q8 review: The new King of the 'Ring

The Audi RS Q8 is quicker than a Lamborghini around the famed Nurburgring circuit. It also has plenty more going for it

    THE talk these days in motoring circles seems to be all electric this and electric that, but bellowing V8 petrol engines stuffed into large Sport Utility Vehicles (SUVs) that drive like they're sports cars are still very much in demand, as evidenced by cars like the Maserati Levante Trofeo, Lamborghini Urus, and this car, the Audi RS Q8.

    It's essentially Audi's sporty big SUV, the Q8, but with everything turned up to 11. The chassis and suspension have been strengthened to withstand the power from the 4.0-litre, twin-turbo engine that puts out 592 horsepower, and the interior has been given a sportier Audi RS vibe over the base model Q8, which is a very comfortable car in its own right.
