THERE are two types of car people in the world. The first goes "How dare you!" at the slightest provocation, while the second takes delight in wild ideas, such as a 2.3-tonne crossover-coupe thingamajig engineered to be the fastest sport utility vehicle (SUV) to ever lap the Nurburgring Nordschleife.
The result, the Audi RS Q8, took just 7mins 42.2sec to do the deed, a laptime only proper sports cars can sniff.
