The lights are up and the engines have all been tuned: it's time once again for the Singapore Grand Prix as the cars roar into action from tonight at the Marina Bay Street Circuit. If you're bothered by the heat and haze, book yourself into the Upper Deck, a new glass-encased airconditioned facility within the Paddock Club which not only gives you an unobstructed view of the Pit Straight but also access to bespoke specialty concept restaurants like NOBU by Chef Nobu Matsuhisa and Rockpool by Neil Perry. It's one of two new experiences the race organisers have introduced for this year. The second is The Cube which is an elevated triple-level viewing deck that overlooks the Padang main stage where headliners Swedish House Mafia (Friday), Muse (Saturday), Gwen Stefani (Saturday), Red Hot Chili Peppers (Sunday), Fatboy Slim(Sunday) are set to perform.
The Singapore Grand Prix takes place from today until Sep 22. Book at www.singaporegp.sg
