Schindler's List returns to the big screen for a limited engagement in conjunction with International Holocaust Remembrance Day. The re-release also coincides with the 25th anniversary of this Steven Spielberg black-and-white masterpiece.
Winner of seven Academy Awards including Best Picture and Best Director, the film tells the true story of Oskar Schindler (Liam Neeson), who saved the lives of more than 1,100 Jews during the Holocaust.
Both picture and sound have been digitally remastered in 4K, Dolby Cinema and Dolby Atmos for a cinematic experience befitting one of the most important movies of the 20th century. "The true stories of the magnitude and tragedy of the Holocaust are ones that must never be forgotten," says Spielberg, "And the film's lessons about the critical importance of countering hatred continue to reverberate today."
