THIRTY children from The Business Times Budding Artists Fund recently took part in a cultural exchange with their counterparts in India through a postcard writing project.
These young Singaporeans drew and wrote postcards to 30 children under the care of Global Social (India) Foundation (GSIF) as part of Spotlight Singapore in Delhi 2019, a cultural diplomacy programme by non-profit arts and cultural organisation The Rice Company through its unit Global Cultural Alliance (GCA).
