The table is set for a menu of authentic Chinese delicacies at yi by Jereme Leung, where every dish is a masterpiece of traditional cooking with a modern twist. Menu highlights include poached squid with arrowhead; steamed spotted grouper with chicken essence, luffa melon, cured meat and Shaoxing wine; steamed green Asian lobster with yellow pepper sauce; and yam and homemade “yuan bao” water chestnut cake with nostoc pearls.
Dine-in menus are priced from S$198++ per person for the Prosperous set, S$228++ for the Abundance set, and S$258++ for the Opulence set. It is available for lunch and dinner from now until Feb 12, with a minimum of two guests required.
A festive a la carte menu is available from Jan 29 to Feb 12, while the dim sum set menus are available from Jan 29 to Feb 9.

Toss to prosperity
No Chinese New Year celebration is complete without yusheng, and Raffles elevates this timeless tradition to a new gourmet high. Available for both dine-in and takeaway, the yusheng platters comprise premium ingredients tossed in yi by Jereme Leung’s signature Yunnan rose dressing, with its subtle, sweet floral touch.
Pick from a trio of platters comprising: Fortune Yusheng with salmon sashimi and sakura shrimp (from S$108 net); Longevity Yusheng with octopus and sea whelk (from S$152 net); and Prosperity Yusheng, an indulgent mix of abalone, Spanish Iberico ham, and honey melon (from S$172 net).

Celebrate at home in style with exquisite takeaways by the team at yi by Jereme Leung. Savour handcrafted radish cake made with premium Chinese sausage, Japanese dried scallop and sakura shrimp (S$58 net). For the perfect dessert, the homemade water chestnut cake with nostoc pearls (S$58 net) and steamed red date nian gao (S$58 net) are deliciously satisfying treats.
If you can’t decide, pick the Bountiful Set Menu (S$428 net) and enjoy all three delicious cakes, complemented by the Prosperity Yusheng, which consists of abalone, Spanish Iberico ham and honey melon.
