Presented on an elegant three-tier stand, you’ll be hard put to choose between mini mincemeat pies, matcha raspberry profiteroles, red velvet roll cake and more. Christmas and New Year are grand occasions for celebrity chef Anne-Sophie Pic, and this is reflected in the exquisite menus designed for her one Michelin-starred restaurant La Dame De Pic. The Valence-born Chef Pic presents a menu that is true to French traditions but with an eye on creativity. Chef de Cuisine Francesco di Marzio delights with dishes using the best of the season, including prized white and black truffles. Christmas Eve dinner is priced at S$388++, with a wine pairing option at S$288++.

The energy level rises in the buzzing, vibrant social space that is OSTERIA BBR by Alain Ducasse, matched by the elevated flavours created by Chef de Cuisine Natalino Ambra.
