Butcher’s Block
Savour bold wood-fired flavours inspired by chef Jordan Keao’s Hawaiian roots and elevated by culinary finesse. The Christmas lunch features Normandy scallop with banana leaf cauliflower puree, and smoked Stone Axe wagyu beef wellington with bone marrow potato puree and black winter truffle. For a more lavish experience, the Festive Imua Dinner offers stellar courses of lomi lomi kombu cured big eye tuna, kalua pork confit and huli-huli dry-aged duck paired with heirloom beets.
Christmas lunch is priced at S$218++ per guest. The Festive Imua Dinner (S$258++ per guest) is available on Dec 24, 25 and 31, with a wine pairing option (S$188++ per guest).

The Grand Lobby
No better way to spend an afternoon than nibbling on delectable savouries and sweets at Raffles Singapore. The elegant silver tray comes bearing foie gras pate with Amur caviar on a crispy brioche, crab eclair with Calvados Waldorf Cream, pistachio amarena cherry choux and warm cranberry and garden herb Gruyere scones, served with clotted cream and rose petal jam. Pair the treats with Jing teas or custom-blended coffee. For a fancy touch, have a flute of Champagne or sparkling tea.
The Festive Afternoon Tea (S$118++ per guest) is available until Dec 30. On Dec 24, 25, 31 and Jan 1, the afternoon tea is available only with the champagne or sparkling tea pairing (S$138++ per guest).

Tiffin Room
Chef Kuldeep Negi puts a North Indian spin on festive dining with the restaurant’s signature Mera Dabba experience, where its sumptuous creations are served in handcrafted copper tiffin boxes. Familiar classics include murgh hariyali tikka, lamb seekh kebab and the signature Jhinga coconut curry for Christmas and vibrant dishes such as achari salmon tikka and bhatti murgh tikka for the New Year menus. Vegetarians will enjoy the achari paneer tikka, morel mushroom masala and kashmiri pulao.
The Christmas menu is available on Dec 24 (dinner only) and 25 (lunch and dinner). The New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day Menu is available on Dec 31 and Jan 1 (lunch and dinner). Both menus are priced from S$118++ to $138++ per guest.

Yì by Jereme Leung
Festive dining takes on a contemporary Chinese twist in the skilled hands of chef Jereme Leung. The Delight menu highlights comforting classics such as double-boiled fish maw soup with dendrobium mushroom, conpoy and sea whelk, and poached rice with abalone and crab in shrimp broth; The Gourmet menu elevates the celebration with premium creations, including golden roasted duck with sturgeon caviar and mini buddha jump over the wall and double-boiled sweet soup.
The Delight Set Menu (S$188 ++ per guest, min 2 guests) and Gourmet Set Menu (S$238++ per guest, min 2 guests) are available for lunch and dinner on Dec 24, 25, 31 and Jan 1, 2026
