BT readers learn to empower health with AI
A leading cardiologist, Dr Michael Lim shared his knowledge and passion for artificial intelligence in healthcare
BT CLUB launched a new health and wellness series on Oct 12 with a seminar focusing on artificial intelligence in medical care.
The talk, titled AI Advancements in Prevention of Strokes and Heart Attacks drew a sold-out crowd of 25 readers.
It was helmed by Dr Michael Lim, one of Singapore’s leading interventionist cardiologists who also pens a regular health column in BT.
During his 45-minute talk, he shared groundbreaking insights on how AI technologies can now predict cardiovascular events that could potentially save lives through timely interventions.
Dr Lim then took questions from the audience and attendees not only went home with a wealth of new knowledge but also a goodie bag filled with gifts from The Business Times, as well as Dr Lim’s clinic, Royal Healthcare.
In addition, all registrants also received a complimentary dental package worth S$300.
