Yusheng on ice
Home reunion dinners are the default option this year with the current 5-pax ruling. But the devil is in the delivery when you're not sure what condition your yusheng is going to arrive in. The Blue Lotus Group teamed up with Tuck Lee Ice to get its signature new year dish to your door in pristine shape.
Its signature tea smoked salmon yusheng (S$98 for 6 to 10 pax) features 10 herbs and vegetables, crispy salmon skin, pomelo and nuts, tossed in spring onion oil and wild honey yuzu dressing for a refreshing twist on the original. Arranged like an attractive salad in a large red box with convenient Chinese sayings for you to recite as you toss, the combination comes together with the sweet perky dressing and different textures from candied walnuts and almonds, crunchy shredded sweet potato and crisp salmon skin, along with tea-smoked salmon. You can also top up S$38 for 8 braised mini abalones.
