THE HONDA Freed 1.5G Hybrid Sensing may have a long and somewhat awkward name but considering it appears to be more than just a utilitarian seven-seat multi-purpose vehicle (MPV), all is forgiven.
Honda says the name is inspired by the word "Freedom'', and represents a vehicle the carmaker pursued with complete unrestricted thinking. "Sensing'', on the other hand, refers to Honda's driver assistance system.
As a brand new model, the Freed looks much like its predecessor but with slightly curvier sheet metal to give it a welcome robustness.
