    Beverly Mai

    Designed by architect Timothy Seow, Beverly Mai was completed in 1974. It was Singapore's first condominium, the first to incorporate shared facilities such as swimming pools, the first to build maisonettes and the first to build apartment units with no party walls. It has since been demolished.
