PROPERTY developer City Developments (CDL) and its partners have created a library and learning space in Choa Chu Kang's Limbang ward for around 200 children and youths there.
The learning area was set up with support from the North West Community Development Council (CDC), National Library Board (NLB) and Nanyang Technological University (NTU). NLB contributed a collection of books and NTU students will give tuition to selected youths.
