    Remember the last time you bit into an absolutely delightful dish and wished you could have a personal cooking lesson from the chef? That was exactly the thought that struck chef Asai Masashiwhen he wandered into Spanish tapas bar Moosehead three months ago and ordered a plate of grilled octopus.

    It didn't matter that most chefs would have traditionally viewed the head chef of Japanese yakitori bar Bincho as a potential competitor, but Moosehead's Manel Valero gladly shared his recipe with the Japanese chef and even invited him into the kitchen to walk through the cooking process. Chef Masashi offered to return the favour, and the two thus decided to formalise their friendship as a culinary exchange that the public, too, can partake in.
