    IN the eyes of Sim S Lim, the Singapore country head at DBS Bank, the annual regatta that his company organises each year at Marina Bay has yet to realise its full potential.

    "My dream is for this event to become as famous as the Hong Kong Rugby Sevens," he told The Business Times on Wednesday as the local bank announced details of the latest edition of the DBS Marina Regatta, which will take place over three consecutive weekends starting May 30.
