Arrived: November 2012, from Panama, where he headed three eateries at the Trump Hotel. He has also worked in restaurants in his native Venezuala and Boston previously.
Current project: Executive chef of Little Colombia, an F&B group run by a French and Colombian couple who own now-defunct eatery La Barra and buffet restaurant The Latin Quarter. The group plans to close The Latin Quarter and relaunch a new South American restaurant concept later this year.
